Hello

Welcome to the world of David. I've not posted in here for a while, haven't felt much desire to really.

Just now I am in the living room. The cats are pawing at the front window. That's what they mostly do these days, since we replaced the blinds with curtains. They chase flies. It's quite funny.

Laura is at the swimming baths as the kids have a swimming thing. I hope she does not fall in as she cannot swim. :( Also she should be getting dinner on the way back. yum. :)

lately I have mostly been going to work and stuff. I've been going to the gym at work so I am a bit fitter than I was last year. yaay!

The guy on "Deal or No Deal" today won 1p. How sad. It's an odd setup there because it seems like the people on it spend weeks on end waiting for their "place" and I don't quite see how they manage it without loosing their jobs. I guess they don't have jobs maybe?

Last weekend we went to Bakewell and got some bakewell puddings and stuff. yum.

Also I would like to win the lottery. It must be time by now.

Hehe.

Me and my flat mates always watch Deal or No Deal. Did you see that girl who was there for 50 shows then only went away with £5! I found that quite amusing.

The people who go on it either have no jobs or very understanding employers.

Yep. She was one of the nice people though, so it was a bit of a shame. It seems to be the nicer people who go home with hardly anything.

I've often wondered how Deal or No Deal worked - keep imagining these people using up their entire year's holiday allowance waiting to go on a silly tv programme (saw it once, that was enough...)

Hmm, Bakewell puddings sound interesting! Might have to look for a recipe...
